At Sperry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email or available for immediate download.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn footwear or apparel in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
